![]() After studying Ayurveda and Ayuryoga (Ayurvedic Yoga) for the last two years with Dr. Vasant Lad, I am excited and happy to be able to start teaching again. With my previous experience, teaching Hatha yoga for thirteen years in Florida and my newly acquired knowledge through my Ayurvedic studies, my heart is full to share with you the beauty and richness of Yoga and Ayurveda. Two ancient sciences from India which explain and embody the laws of nature which we are all bound to in our physical existence. Therefore it is very important and helpful for good health and happiness to understand our unique nature.
