My workshop is approaching and I am looking forward to sharing with you the science of yoga on deeper level to understand our bodies and lives more clearly. It is an amazing tool for self help, having control over your health and well-being.
We will spend an afternoon together and it is a good idea to bring an extra blanket or/and pillow to be comfortable on the floor.
Maybe a sweater or light jacket for the times without movement.
You also can bring water and a snack (fruit, or granola bar...) for a little break time. There is a fountain in the room if you like the water from it.
I hand out information on paper and you can take notes on it. Please bring a pen or pencil and extra paper if you think you need it.
It is not a school class but there is some paper and writing involved just to make it easier to remember and retain the information.
We will take time in between with movement and play.
It is my honor to share with you this precious practice that I love so much and I am very excited for this day!
Yoga has changed my life and it keeps me going through all the ups and downs that come my way.
