Yoga for stress and anxiety video
With breathing techniques it is pretty easy to release stress and anxiety. The breath also leads us deeper into the body by relaxing the muscles, connective tissue and even the bones.
Yoga postures help us to open the different tissues of the body. This invites the breath to expand. Yoga slows down the whole physical system, body, mind and emotions. Stress and anxiety dissolve and we feel refreshed and new!

Yoga for traveling video
Traveling can restrict our yoga routine by not having enough room to practice. From my own experience I learned to modify my practice to mostly standing poses. Be it by car, plane or train. Sitting in the same position for long periods of time can put stress on the back, shoulders and neck. It is very important to stretch tension areas afterwards. Without enough space to roll out a mat in your friends or families homes or in a hotel room, this video shows how to practice efficiently with limited space.
